We are not a listings site. We are the people who go and find it.
Most property sites hand you a wall of adverts and wish you luck. We do the opposite: you describe what you want once, and a person goes and looks for it.

You send a request
Pick buy, sell or rent, answer the questions about what you want and where, and leave a phone number. Nothing is public — your number is never listed anywhere.

A person calls you back
Within 24 hours someone from our team rings you to confirm the details and fill in anything the form could not capture.

We search our owner network
We work across all 30 districts. For houses and plots we go and look at the place ourselves before we bring it to you.

We introduce you to the owner
Once there is a match, we put you and the owner in direct contact and arrange a visit at a time you chose.

You negotiate. We step back.
The price you agree is the price. We take 0% — no commission from you, no commission from the owner, nothing built into the number.
Questions people actually ask
- What does it cost me?
- Nothing. There is no fee to send a request, no commission on the deal, and no markup added to the owner's price. We make our money from business partnerships, not from your transaction.
- How is that different from an agent?
- An agent takes a percentage of the sale, which means they want the price high and the deal fast. We take nothing, so we have no reason to push you toward anything.
- Do you verify the owners?
- For houses and plots we visit in person and check that the person offering it is the person entitled to. For vehicles and goods we confirm ownership documents before we introduce you.
- What if you cannot find what I asked for?
- We tell you, and we tell you why. If your budget is unrealistic for the district you picked, you will hear that on the first call rather than after three weeks of silence.
- Can I have more than one request open?
- Yes. Each gets its own reference number and is worked separately.
